- General/Movement Changes:
- Forward Dash: 2f faster (15f > 13f)
- Back Dash: shorter distance
- Neutral Jump: 1 less prejump frame (3f)
- Throw: slightly shorter range
- Normal Move Changes:

- Rear Spin Kick (3LK) - removed
- Hakkei (4HP) - new attack, similar to cl.5HP; destroys projectiles on contact

- Tenshyokyaku (4MK~MK~2+8MK) - final hit of target combo no longer leaves opponent in juggle state
