Notable Changes from USF4 to Omega
- General/Movement Changes:
- Forward Dash: 4f slower (21f > 25f), longer distance
- Lv. 2 Focus + Dash is now -3 on block, making any focus dash much more risky
- Back Dash: slightly shorter distance
- Back Jump: longer distance
- Throw: slightly shorter range
- Forward Dash: 4f slower (21f > 25f), longer distance

- Super/Ultra Changes:
- Super now stops after 4 hits on block; by inputting another P, Hugo ends with an unsafe clap that can interrupt the opponent's attempted punish

- 5LP, 5HP, 5MK, 2MP, Giant Palm Bomber (214P Clap, LP/MP/HP)

- Note: Focus Attack + Forward Dash does not have the usual buffer timing
