Notable Changes from USF4 to Omega

  • General/Movement Changes:
    • Forward Dash: 4f slower (21f > 25f), longer distance
      • Lv. 2 Focus + Dash is now -3 on block, making any focus dash much more risky
    • Back Dash: slightly shorter distance
    • Back Jump: longer distance
    • Throw: slightly shorter range


  • Normal Move Changes:

  • Special Move Changes:


  • Super/Ultra Changes:
    • Super now stops after 4 hits on block; by inputting another P, Hugo ends with an unsafe clap that can interrupt the opponent's attempted punish
    • Super no longer allows Backbreaker or U2 followup juggle


  • Moves with ending Input Buffer:
    • 5LP, 5HP, 5MK, 2MP, Giant Palm Bomber (214P Clap, LP/MP/HP)
    • Leap Attack (22MK), Storm Slap (held 5MP), Ultra Heavy Elbow (held 5HP), Heavy Ankle Kick (held 5MK)
      • Note: Focus Attack + Forward Dash does not have the usual buffer timing
