Vega
In a nutshell

Notable Changes from USF4 to Omega
- General/Movement Changes:
- Forward Dash: 5f faster (20f > 15f)
- Back Dash: slightly longer distance
- Throw: slightly shorter range
- Normal Move Changes:
- Claw attacks have more pushback and damage
- Far MK now does two hits
- Command Normal Changes:
- New target combo: LK->HK. Second hit reuses Cosmic Heel animation... because it's exactly just Cosmic Heel. Use it to get extra charge for both special moves, Super and Ultra combos.

- Scarlet Terror now leaves the opponent in a juggle state, allowing for another Scarlet Terror or a Super combo.
