Introduction
Lore
Originally a software programmer named Dave Shar, Rash was transformed into an anthropomorphic amphibian after being sucked into his computer. Along with his buddies Zitz and Pimple, this bodacious toad fights to protect the virtual world from the Dark Queen and her minions.

Turbo Tunnel: Rash summons a bevy of bikes that drive in from off-screen. After the initial bike, call more with HP+HK. Bikes cause stagger on grounded hit and recap on air hit.
