Full screen beam, good chip tool. Can be done in the air to control movement or tiger knee to catch people at normal jump height (aka anti Hailstorm). Unibeam has a long recovery, giving it some risk. Not recommended to base your neutral around but using it to check people at the end of a string or trying to press buttons at full screen will help stabilize neutral. |
