Had it not been for his teleport warcrimes in Street Fighter Alpha 3, EX2+ Dhalsim would easily be his most infamous appearance. I think everyone playing this character is going to hell.
Dhalsim is "fistfight at your local" good. Jokes aside, he's got mean normals, crazy combos and confirms, out of this world punishes, and is easily among the most technical characters in EX2+.
EX Dhalsim acolytes put in real work, and they're handsomely rewarded.
