Claw runs a humble strike/throw game in a Street Fighter with OS Throw Techs and '''Triple Overhead Mixups'''. He can play a slippery ground game thanks to his walkspeed, but can't convert many stray hits into big damage. Risking a jump lets him route into Scarlet Terror and Air-Throw... But anything else is EXCEL exclusive.

Introduction

Poor Claw.

Five years removed from Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Vega has only just begun paying for his walldive crimes.

Claw isn't good. In fact, he's tied for dead last. In his race to the bottom, Vega has lost just about everything that made him so scary in Street Fighter II. I'd argue you could double his damage and he'd still lose.
