Introduction

Cool is a well-known thief in Eden’s underworld who values his own freedom above all else. Known to some as ‘The Black Wing of Zone Four’, Cool is a deeply pessimistic individual, viewing anything to do with “hopes” and “dreams” with disdain. In the course of his criminal operations, the man named Carlos infringed upon Cool’s territory, inadvertently starting a one-sided feud with the Black Wing, who now seeks to teach Carlos some respect.

Gameplay

Guile clone, giving him the unique advantage of actually having a projectile. Pretty good pokes and space control, and surprisingly strong pressure, but he’s overall fairly linear, so you’ll need to work hard to get your damage.
