V-System
V-Reversal
V-Skill 1
Heated Mic Performance. Mika gains one hit of armour while making a speech before throwing her mic down as a projectile. You may hold towards to throw the mic and bounce it further. The effect of this V-Skill increases her next throw damage including her critical art. In addition, her 2021 update allows her to combo into grounded command throws. If she whiffs a throw, she loses the damage bonus and hit to throw bonus. However, standing strong / MP can still be hit confirmed into her hcb command grab or LK/EX brimstone. This perk will not work if you have whiffed two throws though. V-Skill 1 damage can be further increased by completing further stages of her speech (maximum of 6 levels). The final mic toss will not be considered a projectile and any successful throw will finish the opponent. This V-Skill encourages the opponent to stay nearer to you for fear of you gaining this damage boost. Combos can be performed up close with the mic's hit stun. It takes 6 V-Skill 1 to build up a VT stock making it rather potent. At the time of this writing (March 30, 2021), Mika is able to land one regular hit throw combo and has one left over hit confirm hit throw off standing MP into any of her rainbow typhoon / LK or EX brimstone.
V-Skill 2
A 3f parry that counters mid and oH attacks. When parry is successful, you deal a guaranteed 40 recoverable health (like v-reversals), knocking the opponent down away from you. Succesfully parrying also increases your throw priority by x1.2 (priority meaning...?), and allows you to combo into your command grabs, like v-skill 1. This is the v-skill that I personally like, although I don't think it's completely better than v-skill 1. This gives you a decent option to escape several frame traps that don't beat 3f options. While Mika has a 3f normal, choosing to go for the parry gives you a utility-wise better reward than the normal - v-meter building and boost to your throws. however, the parry itself is quite punishable and risky due to its lenghtly recovery and not countering lows or throws. this may be usable as an anti air due tocountering overheads, requires testing
