Introduction
The next installment of the Tekken Tag Tournament series. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 brings back the Tag mechanic last seen in the original Tekken Tag Tournament, as well as introduces new mechanics to the fray. There are many returning characters like Jun Kazama and Ogre. Jinpachi returns from Tekken 5, now a playable character. The console version contains 15 new characters not present in the arcade version. Two characters recivied a new graphical design; Heihachi and Jaycee (Julia Chang).
Tekekn Tag Tournament 2 is not canon with the main Tekken storyline and instead falls in line with "Dream Matches", made famous by The King of Fighters series.
