Command Moves
j.6C - Air throw. Great air to air option.
6A - Short, but quick overhead. Confirms into supers and specials.
3B - Double low kicks. Great for combo extensions.
Special Moves
Retro Knuckle
- 214A - Jones does a lunging punch. Think of Yun from Street Fighter. Get to know this move. This move is Jones' strongest move since it is -4 on block and can only be punished before the move hits or by a standing command grab.
- 214C - Just like the light version but it has slower to start up, hits twice, and is much more unsafe on block. Very hard to compete with the light version.
Gaudy Punch
- mash A/C - Jones does a flurry of punches. The uses for this move is quite limited since there is no follow-up like Pupa's.
Funky Impact
- 236A - Jones does a charged-up palm strike. Blows the opponent back to the wall on hit.
- 236C - Just like the light version but this version has a tic of High/Mid armor. On block, this move instantly breaks the opponent's guard with no advantage.
Arc Fliegen
- 214B - Jones jumps and does a spinning wheel kick. This version stays straight up in the air until Jones lands. Terrible anti-air, best used to end combos with.
- 214D - Like the light version except Jones launches forward instead of directly up. Somehow does less damage in combos.
Super Moves
Groove Master
- 214-214B/D - First hit is a low kick then jones kicks you into the air. Depending on the button strength you'll do more damage and the angle of the air kick changes. Jones' afro is a hitbox, beware of the active afro!
Duplex Attack
- 236BC >> 236BC - Your partner must be alive or must be able to be tagged in. Follow-up again with another 236BC for an extra meter for more damage.
