Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is the 3rd release within Spike's Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series (Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! in Japan). It's a highly movement based arena fighter with a deep melee system and rich neutral game. The game has 161 characters and 35 stages. Keep in note while reading this the majority of the information is based on the PAL version of the game, as that is the standard for online PVP.
