Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter/Armored Spider-man

Introduction

Based on the armored suit introduced in "Web of Spider-Man #100" from 1993, he is one of 7 secret characters in the game. While still easy to pick up, his jump height is lower than normal Spider-mans, has slower walk speed and his super damage is severely lower. On the plus side, his lower jump allows him to do unique combos and infinites not available to normal Spider-man, and he has 1 hit of super armor. Still a very versatile character and has enough differences to make him unique on his own.

How to Select Armored Spiderman

Hold Start, move to Ryu, hold D.png for five seconds, than press either Mp.png + Hp.png or Mk.png + Hk.png

  • One of the shortest hitboxes due to his stance, allowing him to low profile attacks
  • Has one piece of super armor similar to Zangief and Hulk
  • Due to his lower jump height, has unique combos and infinites that vanilla Spider-man does not have.
  • Lower super damage output than normal Spider Man
  • Slower Walk Speed

Spider-Man shoots out a large webbing from his wrists and when it connects, it captures the opponent in a large web for a very short amount of time. If it hits on the ground, you can begin a ground combo, but not with air starters since the opponent recovers too fast.

Spider-Man throws out a web from his wrist and when it connects, he twirls the opponent like a lasso then swings them to the other side of the screen. P strength varies upon how up the web will shoot.
