Billy is the younger brother of Jimmy who accompanied him on many adventures in the city. Billy had feelings for Marian and wanted to confess them to her one night. Unfortunately, before they could meet, one of the rival gangs murdered Marian. Once Jimmy heard of Marian's demise, he cut all ties to his younger brother; blaming Billy for Marian's death. Billy eventually came to terms with the loss of Marian and became a famous street driver and continued his Ryu Zui Ken training. Shortly after, Lynn's grandfather was murdered by the Black Dragon. Sensing an evil dragon, Billy and Lynn set out to find her grandfather's killer.

Billy is a neutral based character that focuses on using his long buttons to keep opponents in check, longer rekka combos and good stun damage. Billy is a good pick if you want a solid character with additional headroom for growth.


Pros	Cons
2B and 5B heave extremely long hitboxes and great frame advantage. High stun combos with 214D (Blue Rage) rekka. 214B (Blue Rage) is safe on block and is abusable as a frame trap. Can also be TK'd for an instant overhead. 236A (Slash Cross) has a huge hitbox and makes it hard for some characters to jump over. 236B/D can catch buttons and lock the opponent into a hitgrab. 623D (Ko Ryu Kyaku) can low profile moves on its first hit. 2141236B/D (Back Slash) and 6B are great anti-air options.	6B overhead can be easily reacted to. Makes it hard to open defensive opponents up. 623B/D slide forward missing the opponent, causing the DP to whiff. 236A is too slow to be used vs fireballs anywhere but fullscreen. You get extra recovery on j.214B/D. Single-wall stun combos are limited to characters with 90 stun or less. Limited combos if you cannot land 214D rekka. 2141246D can sometimes miss the 2nd hit if they're too high.
