Radel is a member of the dwindling dragon hunter clan. When he was a child, his parents were killed by the "Black Dragon". Knowing his role since the Black Dragon was prophesied to appear by his clan for decades. Radel sets to seek out the Murakami family, a family of psychic guides, to guide him on his journey to avenge his father. Radel is charged with protecting his guide, Annie Murakami. Although Radel has doubts about Annie's young age, since he is concerned she is too young for combat, he pursues his journey to avenge his father's death.
Radel is a powerhouse with good all-around options. From pestering opponents with his normals to opening opponents up with his command grab, Radel is a solid pick if you're looking for a character who is well-rounded in all areas.

3B - 2 hit kick. Radel's main command normal to link from normals into specials/supers. Both hits can be canceled.
Special Moves
Escape
- Shoulder ram into an eletric punch that sends the opponent to the corner of the screen. Tricky to use if you're too close to a wall since your recovery is long enough to prevent you from getting a wall combo.
- 236A - 2 hits. This version has less range, less damage and less stun damage compared to the heavy version.
- 236C - 3 hits. Huge amount of stun damage compared to the other specials.
Dead Dragon
- Double sledgehammer upward! Sends the opponent flying on hit.
- 623A - Faster than the heavy version.
- 623C - Two hits. Slower than the light version but is best used to end combos.
Screw Kick
- Radel does a series of kicks depending on the move strength. This move suffers from long recovery, making wall hit combos hard when you're too close.
- 63214B - Two hits. Sends the opponent flying away on a knockdown.
- 63214D - Three hits. Sends the opponent flying away on to the corner of the screen.
Head Execution
- Radel flips over the opponent's shoulders and throws them. Both versions have the same follow-up attack.
- 63214A/C >> 214A - Command grab. Both versions are the same. You can combo into a duplex attack in the corner from this command grab.
