How do I unlock Abubo?

If you're on FightCade, enter this code on the character select:

You can do this slowly, you don't have to do it fast.

How do I play as Johann?

You can only play as Johann in the AES mode. If you're on fightcade go to your Inputs > Dipswitches > set to "AES Japan"
After you set it to AES mode, select your characters and hold down ABCD during the VS screen. You should be able to play as Johann. If you're in ROTD NEO, you can play Johann in Offline VS, Dragon Challenge (Survival Mode) and other offline modes. He is not playable online.
