Billy's combos are either really short, or really long depending on if you can confirm your 6B overhead or not. Billy is also able to output a large amount of stun damage and can stun 40% of the cast with one confirm and deal up to 80% damage or more.

STORY

]Billy is the younger brother of Jimmy who accompanied him on many adventures in the city. Billy had feelings for Marian and wanted to confess them to her one night. Unfortunately, before they could meet, one of the rival gangs murdered Marian. Once Jimmy heard of Marian's demise, he cut all ties to his younger brother; blaming Billy for Marian's death. Billy eventually came to terms with the loss of Marian and became a famous street driver and continued his Ryu Zui Ken training. Shortly after, Lynn's grandfather was murdered by the Black Dragon. Sensing an evil dragon, Billy and Lynn set out to find her grandfather's killer.

Billy is a neutral based character that focuses on using his long buttons to keep opponents in check, longer rekka combos and good stun damage. Billy is a good pick if you want a solid character with additional headroom for growth.
Pros Cons
  • Strong Pressure Options: Great overall normals paired with a versatile toolset to pressure the opponent into making mistakes.
  • Plenty Of Combo Options: Billy's combos are simple and effective. They range from simple hit-confirms to long 30 second combos.
  • Easy Stun Combos: If your opponent is crouching, Billy can stun them. Stunning your opponent will allow you to extend your combo for more damage.
  • Longer Combos Are Limited: Billy's big damage combos can only be done with his 214D rekka. The only way to confirm it is through 6b or to do it raw. Additionally, you can only do the longer combos on opponents who are crouching.
  • Slow Mix-Up Options: His 6B overhead is slow enough to be poked out by a jab. Making opening up some opponents difficult.
