Chonshu isn't able to zone like his brother can in RB2, but he has a hard knockdown special that he can combo into (66A) and a teleport that gives him very good movement (63214B). Typical gameplay is use 63214B to fish for openings and run away, once you get an opening combo into 66P, then move to your vortex.
