The Basics

EXA Garuda is an evil genius of a Shoto with a bucket of dastardly knowledge checks and ridiculous setups. Unlike future appearances, however, Garuda really breaks this game.

  • Every Garuda BNB in the game confirms to Kienshou: A ridiculous metered invincible reversal that leaves him point blank, off axis, and very plus. Meaty crossups after KSU can be unblockable.
