Tuff E Nuff/System

From SuperCombo Wiki

Special Cancelling

Tuff E Nuff has no special cancelling at all.

Hit stun

Standing hit stun is fully invincible. Crouching hit stun is invincible up until the last frame. Sirou and Jade don't have a crouching state, and are thus immune to combos. All characters take different amounts of hit stun, and hit stun is also different depending on whether the character is crouching or standing.

Actionable Invincibility

All characters other than Dolf and K'S receive one frame of actionable invincibility after being hit, knocked down, or blocking something.

Knockdowns

There are two types of knockdowns: throw and non-throw. Every character has different wake up timings for both. Dolf and K'S are vulnerable to unblockables at the end of a throw knockdown. Dolf has 6 vulnerable frames, and K'S has 5.

Throws

Done by holding left or right depending on the throw and pressing a button. Some characters have multiple throws, but all characters have a throw on 6HP. Throws work on opponents in hit or block stun and cannot be teched or softened.

The Fireball Glitch

Done by using any move while you have a fireball on screen. Once performed, the fireball will take on the properties of the last move you used. This means that if you used an overhead or a low, the fireball will become an overhead or a low. This also works with moves that knock down.

Tripdropping

Tripdropping is a tech which can be performed by Vortz, Beans, Dolf, Rei, Gajet, and Sirou. It is done by pressing a button while in landing recovery. It allows you to cancel your landing recovery with a jump normal, and is mostly useful for frame kill set ups.
