Street Fighter Alpha 3/Juli/Introduction

Introduction

A mysterious, dark-haired girl. She is one of M. Bison's twelve brainwashed dolls (along with Juni). Her name represents the month of July. Her purpose is to serve M. Bison as an agent of Shadaloo. In Street Fighter Alpha 3, she is assigned to kill the rogue Shadaloo doll "Killer Bee" (Cammy). She is often seen in the game with her partner Juni in Dramatic Battle matches.

Juli is a hidden character, in order to select her you must hover over Karin for 2+ seconds, then select any random select while holding up or down.

If the game has not been on for long enough the hidden characters will not be selectable, the title screen will have a cream colored background if this is the case. To manually skip this restriction enter the dip switch menu, select the 1st option, "Input", then on the player 1 side controller input LP LP right LK HP LP+Start. The game should display "HERE COME NEW CHALLENGERS" on screen, confirming that the hidden characters are able to be played. (This does not need to be done on Fightcade or 30th collection)

Shares Cammy's fast walk speed and many of her best normals Great anti-air Has an overhead, unlike Cammy. This can lead to big damage and good setups on V-ISM Strong set of custom combos with better post-VC meter build than the other Dolls. Can guarantee 50% meter build, which is very important against some characters Flying kick is safe when done meaty and is annoying for some characters to deal with	Loses a lot of standing normals compared to Cammy, including her great f.MP Her DP is not a hard knockdown unlike Cammy's Gets one of Cammy's least useful moves (spin knuckle) Flying kick is incredibly telegraphed and dangerous to use against V-ISM characters. Can be ducked by most chars. Is basically a worse Cammy without her better post-VC meter build
