What's Your Stance?
During the match, different moves will put you with either your front facing the camera or your back facing the camera. Stance Switching allows you to change which of these directions your character is standing. However, this is mostly just an aesthetic thing as the stance you are using makes no difference on how your character's move behave. So really, it's just there for fun and can be used as a taunt of sorts or an attack feint.
However, there have actually been some instances that people have been finding where the stance actually makes a difference. These cases are extremely rare and probably don't make a difference in the long run, but there have been reports of some moves behaving ever so slightly different depending on which stance your character is at.
