Back Throw
Skarlet's back throw does a whopping 17%! I'm sure this is a glitch and will be fixed. Enjoy it for now.
Command Normals
Bufferable stagger move. Good for mixup / safejumps. Easy to hit confirm because its 2 hits.
Kombo Attacks
Stagger string, use in mixups / safe jumps.

Special Attacks
Upslash
Launches opponent for juggle. Not safe on block. Can be used as anti-air if timed right.
Downslash
Ground bounces opponent for juggle. Its a overhead but not safe on block.
Daggers
Shoots 2 daggers. Not safe up close. They build a lot of super meter when blocked. The second toss can be delayed by holding down FP, to trick opponents. Air Daggers can be Instant aired, like Kitana or Mileena. Far Air Daggers is solid because of fast ground recovery and meter building. Use daggers only at midscreen. They are about as fast as Kano's knifes, which are fast themselves.
Enhanced ground daggers shoots 4 daggers at opponent. Enhanced Air does 3 daggers.
Blood Ball
The Blood Ball does 15% of damage and 6% of block damage, but Skarlet loses 7% of her life. Can guide it up or down.
Blood Drop
Mileena-like drop down attack. Very unsafe on block. Good for punishing spammers in projectile wars.
Red Dash
Think of this move like a mini Reptile Elbow Dash. It does not hit the opponent by itself but it has 3 followups that you can use. Using the move alone it lunges toward the opponent very fast. This is great to use in mixups because of the speed. You can even use it in combos. The 3 followups you can use after Dash is Upslash, Downslash, and Slide. Slide is a low sweep that is safe on block. You can perform Upslash by just pressing Forward + 2, remember it's not safe on block. Downslash can be performed by pressing Back + 2, again not safe on block but it is a overhead. So basically she has a High, Mid, and Low option after dashing.
The Enhanced Red Dash has armor. Great to punish pokers or to go through projectiles.

A unique looking Xray because of the fact she low flips toward the opponent. Sadly it's a very low damaging Xray. It does only 29% damage. Although it is a Mid (overhead), probably not worth using.
