Mileena
Shang Tsung has created many abominable creatures in his Flesh Pits, but none so twisted as Mileena. A fusion of Edenian flesh and Tarkatan blood, Mileena is both beauty and beast. This dichotomy has made her mind unstable; she is prone to fits of madness and savagery. Though she has the appearance of a mature woman, she is more child than adult--a blank slate conformed to Shao Kahn's will. Devoid of conscience or remorse, Mileena will butcher anyone to appease her beloved father.

Sai Blast
Standard projectile, punishable upclose. Can be done in the air. Like Kitana's fan, mastering instant air sai's is crucial to her game. If the opponent jumps in and gets tagged by a air sai Mileena can start combo's with the Ball Roll.
Ball Roll
Goes under most projectiles in the game, except ice clone. Can sometimes be used as anti-air. Fully punishable on block. Juggles when landed. Use it also for mobility.
Teleport Drop
Another unsafe on block move. Can be done in the air and after a Jump kick. On block you can add a air sai to mix-up opponents. When landed, this move staggers, important for her mixup game.
Leaping Neck Bite:

Goofing around with Mileena I noticed something about her command normal, Leaping Sai.
It leaves a sai stuck in your opponents back, . If you do any other attack that involves the sai, the one in their back disappears.
But if there's a sai in their back, and you do Mileena's Leaping Neckbite, she pulls the sai out, stabs them with it, then bites them. It adds 4% damage to both the normal and EX versions.
While that's not a lot, it's a cool little visual touch. :D

WORST Match - Kung Lao 8:2
Everything Lao has is almost a specific counter to something Mileena has. F+3 rolls under air sais and can lead into a combo with a spin follow-up. You cant tele-kick cause on block or even reaction a spin will launch into full combo. If Lao gets X-ray you're pretty much done, from that point one mistake and you're eating mid 30%. Mileena has to be creative and lucky to win this match.
