Introduction

First introduced in Darkstalkers, Felicia is a cat monster in the form of a human.

Adopted by a Nun, she fights in order to make money to found an orphanage for other kids in need

Moves

Normal Moves

+ ground slash, OTG attack.

Special Moves

+ - Rolling Buckler | Roll towards the enemy (hits). Has 3 followups: is 'neko punch', a weak, safe middle attack, is a sliding attack, and is a very unsafe rising attack.

+ - Cat Spike | Throws out a ball, and Jumps forward after it. Button determines the height of the jump attack. The version causes ground bounce on hit. All can be combo'd into or out of (but possibly not both), and if high enough, cross over ducking opponents. *might overhead

+ - Delta Kick (Aerial OK) | Jumps straight up into the air, and dives forward in a jump attack. Possibly overheads.

+ - Hellkitty | Special throw, Can be followed up with an OTG.

, + - Sand Splash | Short ranged 'wave' projectile, cancels out other projectiles in it's range.

+ - Cat charge | Charges up hyper meter, can be cancelled at any time.

+ - Cat run | Runs out of axis and forward, totally invulnerable. Essentially like Akuma's Teleport.

Hyper Moves

+ - Dancing Flash (Level 1) | Felicia Rolls forward as in Rolling buckler, but does a damaging autocombo on hit. Fairly Safe

+ - Kitty Helper (Level 1) | Calls an assistant to help for 15-20 seconds. The assistant is invulnerable and does jumping overhead attacks. To make her attack, press any attack button.

+ - Please Help me! (Level 3) | Short range attack, goes into a canned animation on hit. Seems to have some invulnerability.

Assists

• α - Rolling Buckler | Direct | Front (Hits Low)

• β - Sand Splash | Shot | Front

• γ - Cat Spike | Direct | Front (Causes Bounce)

The Basics

Her basic strategies seem to be based around a ground rushdown/mixup strategy. Use Cat spike/Delta Kick/Cat Run/Hellkitty to mix-up, and use Cat spike or Delta Kick immediately to close distance if Pushblocked.

Her Antiair seems fairly weak, so consider using a character with a good Anti-Air Assist.

As for synergy she works as a potential battery, and her α assist hits low, setting up some potential unblockables (by combining her assist with an attack that hits high).
