In a direct sequel to Persona 4, the characters from Persona 4 and Persona 3 show up and find themselves in a tournament airing on the TV world of the Midnight Channel and they began battling it out with the aid of their Personas.
Persona 4 Arena is the third series of Fighting Games developed by Arc System Works, the creators of Guilty Gear and BlazBlue. Utilizing many similar fighting game mechanics, as well as a host of new ones, Persona 4 Arena has burst onto the Fighting Game scene in Japan and has become one of the most popular Fighting Games ever there. And now, Atlus has brought Persona 4 Arena to the states, and all of the insane character designs from the 13 warriors of Persona 4 Arena will now be fighting state side.
