Believe it or not, this move is the only reason as to why Ken isn't banned alongside Ryu. That caption there is no joke. Great anti-air and reversal as Ken is nigh invulnerable throughout the move. Can hit multiple times but is very committal and leaves you wide open on whiff. | ?-?-? |
