Anarchy Reigns is not a fighting game, the overall tier list for the game is based around what characters bring in the overall metagame. Characters are not to be judged based on favortism or how often they beat you. Characters strength, weaknesses, stats, Killer Weapon, general strategy and even frames are to be evaluated, stacked up and compared to other characters for each characters effectiveness on fair ground. It can be argued that a characters value over another can be proven in Cage Match however this would be up to the games community to decide. Characters are rated from highest to lowest, in the order of Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
