Introduction
Victor von Doom is a genius and ruler of Latveria. Often thwarted by the Fantastic Four, he uses his incredible mind and vast resources in repeated attempts at world domination.

- Photon Array (Level 1) | Doom fires lasers from his fingers, leading them in different directions.
(In air) + - Photon Array (Level 1) | Doom fires lasers from his fingers while in midair and points them at a down-forward direction.
+ - Sphere Flame (Level 1) | Doom gathers energy in his hand and fires it straight up. If it connects, the enemy is juggled up to the top of the screen. It it misses, after it goes offscreen it rains down electricity.
??? + - Electric Cage (Level 3) | Victor places the opponent in a metal cage and electrocutes them, watching from his awesome chair.
Assists
- α - Plasma Beam | Doom fires a yellow plasma beam on a straight direction. Better speed and priority than his MVC2 counterpart.
- β - Hidden Missile | Doom fires missiles upscreen and they rain down on your opponent.
- γ - Molecular Shield | Doom surround himself with rocks that circle around him and then thrown at his opponent.
