With the exception of Geki and Shotos, you can generally play as a zoner against the whole cast and have a pretty good shot at winning but to solidify your winning chances you really should check the match-ups page because SF1 characters are weird and match-ups can change your plan quite a bit even if you are the Tiger King.

-Rush down with Forward Tiger Knee, finish off opponents or keep away with Tiger Shot, and use LK or MK to keep away mid or close range.
-To increase your success rate with Tiger Shots, do the regular down, down-forward, and then ''hold forward and mash the punch buttons''.
