Billy Kane is an unplayable boss character and does not have a complete moveset. He is only designed to fight on his stage, which lacks a background lane.

If forced to be a player character with cheats, he is lacking the following: A taunt, a crawl animation, distinct jumping normals, a Dodge Attack, a Desperation Move, any actions or sprites involving the back lane (Lane Sway, Lane Attacks, back lane Lane Blast, sprites facing the other lane), pain sprites for other bosses' attacks, and more.
Hacked Billy Kane:
*Taunting (HP far) will leave him in a fake duck animation until something
else is pressed
*His Twisting Smack does NOT work in the back plane
*Will disappear when in opposite plane from opponent
