Normal Moves
- F+B - Chainsaw Slash - PTX-40A takes his chainsaw and slashes at the enemy.
Special Moves
- QCF+A/B/C - Right Shoulder Gun Use - PTX-40A shoots his gun with his right shoulder. You start out with his rocket. Once you use his rocket, you will have to do QCF+A/B/C again to use his right shoulder. Each version has its own reload: A version gives you pellet gun (can shoot up to three times before you have to reload the right shoulder), B version gives you the rocket launcher (can only shoot it once before you have to reload the right shoulder), and C version gives you spread pellet gun (can shoot up to three times before you have to reload the right shoulder. And each version shoots at a different angle. A version will shoot in a 45 degree (decline) angle, B version will shoot straight (horizontally) across the screen, and C version will shoot at a 45 degree (incline) angle.
- QCB+A/B/C - Left Shoulder Gun Use - PTX-40A shoots his gun with his left shoulder. You start out with his pellet gun. Once you use his pellet gun (up to three times), you will have to do QCB+A/B/C again to use his left shoulder. Each version has its own reload: A version gives you pellet gun (can shoot up to three times before you have to reload the right shoulder), B version gives you the rocket launcher (can only shoot it once before you have to reload the right shoulder), and C version gives you spread pellet gun (can shoot up to three times before you have to reload the right shoulder. - Charge down for a few seconds, then tap up+A/B/C - Chainsaw Attack - PTX-40A takes out his chainsaw and does a series of hits that launches the enemy in the air. Each version has its own hits and launches the enemy at certain distances in the air. A version will do 5 hits and launch them about 1/3 up in the air, B version will do 10 hits and launch them 2/3 up in the air, and C version will do 11 hits and launch them about 2/3 in the air.
- Charge back for a few seconds, then tap forward+A/B/C - Arm Tackle - PTX-40A tackles the enemy with his arm. A and B version will push the enemy all the way across the screen; however, if you are close to the wall, you will make the enemy bounce (wall bounce). C version will push them out of the screen, causing a Snapback.
Super Moves
- HCF+AB - Bullets and Rocket Super - PTX-40A locks onto its enemy and shoots a series of rockets, pellet bullet and spread pellet bullets at the enemy. Then it locks onto the enemy again and shoots two big rockets; once they hit, a series of explosions occur. This will happen even if the enemy blocks the entire super.
- DP+AB - Super Chainsaw - PTX-40A does a super version of his Chainsaw special. It does 19 hits.
- RDP+AB (Level 3 Super) - L-P - PTX-40A slams into the enemy. It then charges its boosters to fly to do a series of spinning light saber slashes, then to finish the enemy off with a 3 hit melodramatic slash finish.
