Character Bio

Very little is known about Neko-Arc Chaos.

Neko-Arc Chaos used to be just a palette (and voice) swap of Neko-Arc, but his moveset changed drastically in the PC port. He sports good mid-range options, but has the 3rd lowest health and contains some gimmicks.

Neko-Arc Chaos is considered more of a joke character, and is bottom tier (along with Neko-Arc), but he's still usable.

Strategies, Tactics, and Combos

NEVER, EVER use 261C. Not only does it not do any damage, it also gives the enemy a ton of Magic Circuit. The only thing it can do is make the enemy dizzy (reversed directions), but it's only really most "effective" if you use it when the opponent is at Max/Heat/Blood Heat mode.
