Kabal
Once a member of the Black Dragon clan, Kabal gave up his life of crime and put his fighting skills to more positive uses. He joined the New York City police force to kombat the underworld element he once served. This transition helped ease the pain of dark memories. But when New York was invaded he underwent another transformation--one that would afflict him physically. Severely injured in battle, he is doomed to wear a life support system forever.

Sweep
Kabal's sweep is VERY fast and recovers fast after hitting the opponent. Use in mixups for a knockdown.

Kombo Attacks
Safe 3 hit string that grants a safe jump on hit.
Safe on block launcher.
3 hit string used for a 50/50 set up.
Both hits are mid and the string is safe. On block you can link in tornado slam for a overhead or low saw blade for a low. You can also link in a spin then cancel the spin then continue your offense.
Special Attacks
Nomad Dash
Charge that spins opponent on hit and is central to Kabal.
Can be cancelled out of with Backdash at any time before hitting the opponent.
Mind games with the dash can make a very fierce Kabal.
Ground Saw
Hits low. Slight delay after throwing a saw before another can be thrown. If you do it too fast Kabal will do the animation but not throw the saw. Combine with the blast projectile in ranged battles.
Tornado Slam
Hits overhead and swaps sides with the opponent. Safe on block. Use in high/low mixups.
If you perform as a 'wake up attack' the move will have invincibility frames on start up.
Fireballs
Standard damage projectile, not safe upclose. Can be thrown as an instant air projectile to get out fast as possible. Crucial to his zoning.
If you Instant air fireball someone while they're jumping you can catch them with a saw blade or Nomad Dash.

Has 1 hit of armor during its opening frames. Use as anti air. Can only be canceled out of with B + BLK
