One of the FOUR PILLARS OF HEAVEN in the world of AJPW, Misawa is the ace of AJPW and this game.He's got incredible attacks that give him both good combo options and easy access to his hold mini-game on block/hit, and huge comeback potential thanks to MAX only throws. Misawa is a stable character with interesting tech/combos and the ability to take control of the match from just about any situation.

A premium shin kick, as there aren't many "low" hitting pokes like this in the game. It puts the opponent side turned on hit and in general creates an awkward situation for the opponent on defense. Has the potential to get behind the opponent due to the mini-side step he does. Considering how many moves Misawa has that give him lateral movement, this can accidentally give him a true combo depending upon how it hits the opponent. Creates good space on block, too. |
