Summary: Reptos is a well-rounded VA who has something to deal with just about any situation. His Risky Nail is an effective combo finisher on ground chains or instant-overhead jump-ins, and Violent Wind allows him to close distance remarkably safely. Satellite Force is an effective zoning tool which can also be used to score an Otg.png hit when he is too far away to land a pickup throw. On top of that, he features a considerably damaging command throw, and one of the few airthrows, which is an excellent punishing tool or just straight up silencer.

Summary: Lightning's signature ability is his stunning attacks, which exists on Sparkle Laser, Thunder Rain, Thunder Shaking, and his standing normals. Through these, he gets a good payoff when he lands hits because they lead very easily into other attacks. He excels at zoning, through his fullscreen stun lasers and heavy normals, and even at close range he can trip up opponents with his fast Rolling Gear and Thunder Rain. Thunder Rain can also be used defensively, as it will destroy any physical projectiles that touch it.

Summary: Jackal is a well equipped rushdown VA who has exceptional air mobility among VAs with the jump-type boost. His Dizzy Boomerang offers him a relatively safe jump-in option, a move to special Cancel.png into from air moves during pressure, and a cross-up tool when used midscreen. As with all insectroid-legged models, Jackal Stamp allows him to close distance quickly and be in the place where he is most dangerous. Heat Grapple and Whip Sting both cover a range which is slightly further than most VAs' normals so it may be rewarding to stay about 1 character width away from your opponent as Jackal.
