Unlocked by completing Slash Mode under difficult circumstances, little is known about this samurai and their similar Kabuki looking counterpart. Even the English strategy guide only says that "These characters share an unknown past and have nearly identical attributes". Given how fast they swing even the heaviest weapons and recover from attacks, and how they're the most difficult characters to unlock, it wouldn't be surprising if they have maximum Weapon Effectiveness, for every weapon.
