Urien
Urien is the younger brother of Gill, and is often envious of his brother's abilities. Urien fought hard to become the president of the Illuminati, but his brother Gill still outranks him as the emperor of the organization. Urien wishes to overthrow his brother, and has tried to create an army from his G-project. Urien has a similar fighting style to Gill, but he wields electricity instead of fire and ice.
