Joe Higashi is a well rounded character, possessing a projectile, a good anti-air reversal and decent damage potential. Joe suffers from overlapping inputs on his special moves, and lacks range on most of his normals, to the point where many of his standing normals whiff on crouching opponents. Middle tier character.
