A good start to any battle is instantly hitting C, causing a swift slash from Aigis' Persona, Athena. If an opponent is defensive, remaining far away, it is a good idea to activate Orgia mode (avoiding any potential projectiles) and dash in. While using Orgia Boost, A may be used to execute a light attack with many small hits, with the purpose of attacking Personas or enemies who attempt to jump and escape. If the opponent remains guarding, however, B can be used to begin a pressure game or hit enemies who are crouch-guarding. Maintaining a half-screen distance is generally safe for zoning, as it allows Aigis to get in quickly, or execute ranged attacks while falling back, such as her built in Pandora Missile Launcher attack. Aigis' bullets can clash with and negate Naoto's, so it is a good idea to quickly use 7th Gen Gatling Blast (weak) to counter. This can also strike a Kanji who has misjudged distance with his Persona's lightning bolts. When in Awakening, continue a hit and run, but beware using Goddess Shield into Heavenly Spear, as the SP it requires can easily be used more effectively by boosting attacks. That particular combo should only be used as a finishing move, and is very effective for opponents who rush in desperation near the end of a close match. | |||

Tips and Tricks
When using 7th Gen Gatling Blast (strong) or 7th Gen Gatling Blast (boost), it is easy to waste all remaining bullets by holding down the corresponding button(s). Avoid this by tapping the command, then preparing for a follow up or Furious Action.
Orgia Mode replaces walking with a dashing maneuver. In players with little practice, this may lead to accidental rushes. The dashing maneuver also changes Aigis to an airborne state, something else to take note of.
When using Heavenly Spear (strong), it is possible to combo a second Heavenly Spear (strong) immediately after. It is not, however, a good idea to try a third as the attack usually misses. Rarely, when connecting, does it do damage high enough to warrent the use of 50 SP.

Basic Strategy
Aigis is swift and mobile, enabling her to avoid attacks like Kanji's grabs or Narukami's Swift Strike. Use of Orgia mode amplifies this trait, but can be difficult to control without practice. Lastly, keep an eye on remaining ammunition, as there are many attacks and combos that will not work without sufficient bullets.
