Introduction

Anarchy Reigns (AKA Max Anarchy) is an online beat 'em up developed by Platinum Games, published by SEGA.

Moving cursor over locked characters, abilities, emblems, etc will tell you how to unlock

Unlock characters in Campaign or ranking up in Multiplayer Available from start: Jack Cayman, Blacker Baron, Mathilda, Leo, Nikolai, Sasha

Black Side Unlocks:

White Side Unlocks:

Gargoyle unlocked leveling up in multiplayer

Unlock abilities in Campaign and ranking up in Multiplayer.

Abilities unlocked in Campaign with 100 kills on the stage during Campaign outside of Missions. Dying resets kill count.
