Tier list

In certain cercumstances this tier listing is not important but on the other hand this can make a stupid amount of difference.. It all depends on parrying and matchup strength. For example... Makoto has no advantage over Hugo.

Top Tier:

Yun
Chun-Li
Ken
Makoto (ARGUABLY -- she is said to be considered top tier in Japan, but non-Japanese players generally argue that her playstyle is too unpredictable and inconsistent to be top tier)

Dudley
Urien

Middle Tier:

Ryu
Akuma
Ibuki
Alex
Remy

Low Tier: Oro
Elena
Necro
Hugo
