He was cast out and doomed to live out his days in a colony of similarly afflicted Outworlders. When Baraka first arrived, the colony was in disarray. His fellow Tarkatans had given up and were ready to die. Their hopelessness lit a fire in Baraka’s heart. He spares no effort to better his fellow Tarkatans’ lives. He knows that as long as he fights, he will never truly be a victim.”
Baraka is a literal Rushdown/Brawling monster that excels at aggression and pressure with several blade normals and multi-hitting strings/specials that can be enhanced with Kameo assists to inflict significant damage/chip against opponents; some of his safe tools include a multi-hitting confirmable 444444 string with safe staggers, several fast Mids and Lows, and a 29f Overhead that is reactable but places him in an airborne state to "crush" Low attacks.
