Introduction

Roy Bromwell is Strong, Stylish, Successful...and canonically, a little bit racist. Being the star Quarterback at his hometown high school, Roy only finds himself in Japan with his friends Tiffany and Boman on the order of his Father, who requested that he and his friends investigate the recent kidnappings taking place in Rival Schools: United by Fate. Otherwise, Roy has carried a certain disdain for Japan and its people due to the influence of his Grandfather, having constantly reminded Roy of how he lost his left leg during WWII. However, after being brainwashed by Justice High only to be rescued by Batsu, Hinata, and Kyosuke, his (non-canonical) ending shows that through his newfound friendships, he decides to instead strive for unity; both for himself and for the rest of his country. Therefore, 20 years later, he campaigns for and is elected the President of the United States. No, seriously. That happens. Roy and Tiffany return to Japan once more in Project Justice to investigate the new evils threatening their newfound friends.

Gameplay-wise, Roy is The character. Project Justice is generally accepted to be an extremely balanced game. The two standouts being Chairperson, who is intentionally poor-performing, and Roy, who is exceptionally strong. With some of the best high-pressure tools in the game, as well as his immense OTG combo potential, Roy is a force to be reckoned with. His only glaring weaknesses being the complexity in executing some of his more elaborate combos, and his relatively weak mid to long-range gameplan.

Strengths	Weaknesses
Great damage across the board. Access to Strong, simple combos, or complex and destructively powerful OTGs. 5 makes your opponent's life a nightmare up close. One of the best pressure-keeping tools in Project Justice.	Normals, while fast, can be stubby. Mid to long-range can be difficult, so Roy is only in his best positions when he's on the aggressive and can force his turn. Roys typical answer for dealing with mid-range pokes is a well-placed Dynamite Straight, causing a cinematic Blowback and will allow him to immediately regain an advantage position.
