Anarchy Reigns/Advance Strategy

There are two well known advance techniques used in Anarchy Reigns. Both expand and greatly improves a characters potential, allowing for more pressure and combo's. These techniques are mainly used in the PlayStation3 competitive community and mainly absent in the Japanese, Xbox 360 and casual player communities.
