Super Dragon Ball Z/Frieza

INTRODUCTION:

Freeza is the best character in the game, and the main villain in the Freeza saga. He has the best mix-ups in the game, his red ball command grab takes off a lot of damage, and his flex laser very scubby combo starters. Also they beat out a lo of the other characters projectiles, and on top of that they are homing depending on the position of the opponent.
