STORY
Jimmy Lewis, the oldest Lewis brother, accompanied his little brother, Billy on their many adventures through the streets. After incident after incident, both brothers soon grew tired of the physical abuse and moved to Sunshine City with their uncle. There, both brothers were introduced to Master Lee Song, who taught them the Ryu Zui Ken techniques. Jimmy was taught the ways of the "Red Dragon" to prepare him for the trials he would have to face. Unlike his younger brother, Jimmy has always been involved with the local gangs. A powerful gang, whom Jimmy refused to join, killed his lover, Marian. Enraged, he and Billy defeated every member of the gang in vengeance. Jimmy eventually finds peace until he learns Billy could have saved Marian. After confronting his brother, he breaks off all ties with Billy by leaving Lee Song's dojo and Sunshine City.
Jimmy continues his life as a famous street fighter, both for the money and the thrill. He got a scar across his face after he was badly injured by an unknown fighter. Due to his training with the Red Dragon spirit, Jimmy eventually returns to Sunshine City as he feels the resonance of an evil dragon. He reluctantly enters the tournament with Sonia, who follows him to his old home, Sunshine City.

- Simple Toolset: Jimmy's toolset is straightforward to understand. His combos reflect his simplicity with most being 2-5 hits.
- Good Skill Ceiling: Jimmy is simple but has advanced techniques such as super whiffing to side switch and the Sonia/Jimmy duplex combo continuation.

- Lacks Good Defensive Options: Although Jimmy has a DP, it's blockable in the air. Cannon Kick gets stuffed as an anti-air and 3A doesn't cover above Jimmy. He's very prone to getting stuffed out.
- Poor Special Utility: Jimmy's specials are very underwhelming. Only heavy Cannon Kick is an overhead, Heavy Heat Hurricane can be mixed up but is very easily telegraphed with little to no reward.
- Impact Reliance: Unless Jimmy lands an impact or wall hit, don't expect much damage or utility off combos.
