The conqueror of outworld, shao kahn is super cool, too bad he isn't top tier. Regardless he still has some tools that even the best characters must respect.

forward 1 is an unsafe mid pop up
down 1 is a good low poke
back 3 is a good sweep
down 4 is a good poke
1,1,sc launches, ends with a mid but is unsafe, you can stop it before the sc to make it harder for you're opponent to punish because theyre waiting for the hammer.
Wrath hammer:
1 : knocks down hard, mid, unsafe
2 : pops up unsafe
3: unsafe mid pop up
ridicule: down up 1 : the taunt heals a little bit of health
down forward 1: good projectile to use fullscreen
down forward 3: honestly his best move, safe unless super close and does good damage, not bad at all.
forward forward 2: unsafe fast charge, blink and you miss it.
Shao kahn does good damage, he is a high risk high reward character, he has good tools but his normals are unsafe, he is super fun to play though.
