In Progress	Not great defense: While Rash has a metered reversal, he'd rather use it when his Instinct is full to back it up. If you can pin Rash down, you can make him hold your offense. Top Top Tier: Let's face it, no-one likes a top-tier, even when they're not offensively head and shoulders above the rest. People will probably skip your sets and you will tank the viewership of any stream you're part of.

Universal Mechanics

Turbo Tunnel: Rash summons a bevy of bikes that drive in from off-screen. After the initial bike, call more with HP+HK. Bikes cause stagger on grounded hit and recap on air hit.

Combat Traits

Battlemaniac: Rash can do an automatic opener by mashing St. LP or St. LK.
