- Reformat everyone's pages to modern format (Kenshiro's page will be the example to follow)
- Remove level 1 headers, fix other headers for better organization
- Controls, HUD, etc. pages need to be finished up
- Add notes to normals and specials to characters who need them (such as Rei)
- All characters now have portrait images
- Frame data from the JP wiki imported for all characters that have it
